Hey guys, is there something I should know before planting my hostas? Like, is there a problem if I plant them too close together? If so, can you let me know the reason why?
This will cause poor air circulation and difficulty in dividing!! If you want to do spacing, do it around 12-18 inches apart with small size, and if medium spacing, do it around 18-24 inches apart and if you're doing large size hostas, do spacing with a distance of around 24-36 inches apart.πππ.
I think your plants might have overlapping foliage, which can happen when they're not getting enough light. This can cause the leaves to turn yellow or brown.
Gosh, that would look so ugly! I really hate it when my plants don't grow perfectly.π€
It is going to make it look unaesthetic because it will look very full and less attractive.
I doubt I would suggest it to you because these Hostas' leaves can grow big and lovely together, and if you put them too close to one another, it will undoubtedly hinder their growth and the leaves themselves won't be as lovely as they are when they are farther apart.
